Please remember to remove any toys or hoses from your lawn before each visit. We ask that you also refrain from watering the day of aeration. If your property includes any gates necessary for accessing the lawn, we ask that you open/unlock these for our crews.
We do not require that you be present for our aeration/overseeding service. Through our client portal, you can easily reference the day and time we plan on completing our services to plan accordingly.
We do not provide weed control with this service.

We use Macho Mix, Overtime, Heat Wave, and Blue Wave Seeds, according to grass type.
We spread out 5 pounds of Certified Tall Fescue Blend per 1,000 square feet of turf.
We aim to cut plugs/cores at least 2-3 inches deep. Depending on the site and current conditions, this may not always be possible.
No, you do not need to cut the grass before or after we aerate.
Early fall is the best time of year to aerate/seed cool-season grass.
We aerate and seed to reduce soil compaction and thatch buildup, which can cause stunt the growth of your lawn. The cores/plugs removed by the aerating machine allow more oxygen to flow through the soil. Seeding helps to promote fresh growth for areas that are bald and patchy.
