We spread out 5 pounds of Certified Tall Fescue Blend per 1,000 square feet of turf.

We use Macho Mix, Overtime, Heat Wave, and Blue Wave
Seeds, according to grass type.
We perform aeration/overseeding services during September, through October.
We do not provide weed control with this service.
We do not require that you be present for our aeration/overseeding service. Through our client portal, you can easily reference the day and time we plan on completing our services to plan accordingly.
Please remember to remove any toys or hoses from your lawn before each visit. We ask that you also refrain from watering the day of aeration.
If your property includes any gates necessary for accessing the lawn, we ask that you open/unlock these for our crews.
