How do I sign up with ER Lawn Care?

Signing up with ER Lawn Care is easy on our online platform. Simply add your desired services to the cart and check out with your preferred payment method. You will get an email notification confirming your order as we begin processing your request.

Once we’ve confirmed your order, we will send you an onboarding email with instructions on how to access our client portal. This portal helps you interact with our staff and keep your services all in one place. You’ll also get a notification of when you can expect your first service to begin.

Please note that all orders placed outside of regular business hours will be processed the next business day. In addition, properties exceeding half an acre require a custom quote. This applies to commercial properties as well.

What does a One Time Cleanup include?

A One Time Cleanup includes the following services:

  • Weeding and re-edging of existing flower beds
  • Trimming of shrubs/hedges
  • Application of fresh mulch (optional)
  • Removal of leaves/small debris

In the springtime, we also apply pre-emergent herbicide to flower beds before any mulching procedures.

What amount of mulch is included with ER Lawn Care’s service?

ER Lawn Care includes 1-2 inches of fresh mulch placed during cleanup services. This is enough mulch to provide adequate protection for your plant life without crowding and potentially damaging those plants by adding too much.

Existing bed edges are also re-edged to a depth of 2-3 inches of mulch. This amount has been proven to be the best depth for both water drainage and appearance.

Our experts have calculated a specific allotted amount of mulch per property size:

  • 5 cubic yards per property smaller than 1/8 acre
  • 6 cubic yards per 1/8 acre
  • 7 cubic yards per 1/4 acre
  • 8 cubic yards per 3/8 acre
  • 9 cubic yards per 1/2 acre

Any property over half an acre in size requires a custom mulch quote. Please contact us directly to discuss your mulching needs.

Please note that if you want more mulch than we’ve allotted for your property, each additional cubic yard incurs a $100 fee that is added to your final bill.

What are ER Lawn Care’s billing terms?

ER Lawn Care requires payment in full upon sign-up for services less than $2,000. With our receipt of this payment, we begin your contract, schedule your services, and secure the materials necessary for completing the work.

How can I schedule notifications?

Our client portal makes it easy to schedule notifications for upcoming service visits. Navigate to your dashboard to see past services information as well as any scheduled services.

What services are excluded from the program?

ER Lawn Care’s Cleanup Program services do not include the following:

  • Mowing
  • Tree trimming
  • Shrub and hedge trimming
  • Tree/stump removal
  • Leaf removal

Note that we do not trim trees, shrubs, and/or hedges over 12 feet in length but are happy to refer you.

Why does ER Lawn Care offer a Cleanup Program?

We offer a Cleanup Program as a way to help your lawn look its best. The Cleanup Program helps keep your mulch and flower beds looking good without having to spend money on a bunch of separate cleanups. This cost-efficient approach helps you to save both time and money while still achieving the best results possible for your lawn.
